The website argued Beck’s actions to shut it down were an attempt to silence free speech. Saturday, September 13, 2008 At least 25 people have been killed and many more injured when a Metrolink commuter train collided yesterday afternoon with a Union Pacific freight train in the Chatsworth district of Los Angeles.
