Ingredients to Make Easy Baked Pastry:

2 cups of wheat flour (280 grams) 1 box of cream or whey-free cream (200 ml) 1 teaspoon of salt (shallow spoon)

How to Make Easy Baked Pastry:

Put the cream and salt in a bowl and add the sifted flour. Mix by hand or with an electric mixer until it becomes a consistent dough, similar to bread dough.

Tip: If the dough is still too soft after kneading, sprinkle a little more flour. If it gets hard, add a few tablespoons of water or milk.

Let the dough rest for 10 minutes, this way it will be firmer and easier to shape. With the help of a rolling pin, roll out the dough on a floured bench and cut discs about 12 cm in diameter.
